I also wanted to share some pics from our little photoshoot today! I did some hairpieces to match Matilda Jane's House of Clouds line. We are big fans of Matilda Jane clothing at our house. Amazing quality and they are just so cute. Anyway, if you share my obsession and you're looking for cute hairpieces to match your stuff, I will have these pieces listed very soon in my shop. Of course if you can't wait just shoot me an email:)

These pics were taken by my sister Mandi. You can find her photography facebook page here

Another giveaway!

Yes, again!
You can win this cute little coral ranunculus flower, mounted on your choice of a lined alligator clip or a natural-colored skinny elastic band! The flower measures about 2.5" in diameter.
I think this would be super cute for spring paired with aqua or green! Maybe for upcoming portraits with a petti-romper or even for Easter. That's just off the top of my head.
And who says it has to be for kids? It's almost sundress-and-sandals time!  This would be a great accessory for girls of all ages!

Here's what you do:
Go to my facebook fan page and click 'share' and leave just one comment! You can just say "shared" or something.
Then on Monday, 2/21/2011 at 9pm CST I'll choose a winner via random.org and post his/her name on this blog.
That's it! Good luck!

PS you can expect a lot more COLOR from me in the near future! I feel like everything I make is a shade of beige, white, black, pink, or green. I'm working on some fun new pieces that will be great for summer. Lots of bright colors and over-the-top fancy pieces! Can't wait to share them with you!

Giveaway WINNER.... and a couple pics

Thanks so much to everyone who participated in my little giveaway! Gonna try and do these fairly often, maybe once a week/every other week. Depends on how busy it gets over here!
So without further ado.....

Congratulations to....

Jessi Lampley!! Commenter #15. Chosen via Random.org

Jessi wins a $25 gift certificate to use towards anything in my Etsy shop! Jessi, please email me within 48 hours at babyelizaboutique@gmail.com to claim your prize!

Also added a new bridal flower clip that was a custom order for a friend getting married next month. Rachael is such a genuinely sweet girl. She's studying to become a doctor and I hope she chooses Pediatrics because my daughter LOVES her. When she came over, Eliza dragged her into her room and showed her every single toy she owns. And they played upside-down world, which is basically Rachael carrying her around upside down by her ankles and seeing how everything looks from an upside-down perspective!

Anyway, this is the Rachael clip. It's a ranunculus flower in pale sage, hand-pieced and layered with lace that I reclaimed from a vintage wedding gown. The center is a vintage-style pearl button and it's attached to an alligator clip. Measures about 3" in diameter. I think this would be sooo pretty clipped in a loose updo. Would work for flower girls too!
I have a few different color options available in this, as well as a larger 4" size. Will be available in my shop soon:)

And here is a version of my Stella flower in romantic red and black. A little late for Valentine's day, but still wanted to share. This one is attached to a black skinny elastic band and has a little grey pearl in the center.

Like I said, I'll be doing more giveaways in the future so don't feel too bad if you didn't win! Thanks again for all the sweet comments and thanks for sharing on your pages! xoxoxo
